• Estimates and Quotes: All project estimates provided by Durafence are based on the information available at the time of estimation. Prices are subject to change based on project scope adjustments or unforeseen circumstances.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required before project commencement. The deposit amount will be specified in the project-specific contract.

• Payment Schedule: Payments are typically structured in installments, aligned with project milestones. Detailed payment schedules will be provided in the contractual agreement.

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including checks, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Payment details will be outlined in the project contract.

• Project Cancellation: Clients may cancel a project in writing. Upon cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any materials purchased.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of construction services, refunds are not typically provided. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Durafence.

• Workmanship Warranty: Durafence warrants the quality of our workmanship for a period of [specify duration, e.g., one year] from the project completion date. This warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear.

• Material Warranty: Any warranties provided by manufacturers for materials used in the project are passed on to the Client.

All intellectual property rights related to designs, plans, and other project-specific materials created by Durafence remain the property of Durafence unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the intended purpose of the project.

Our Privacy Policy outlines how Durafence collects, uses, and protects your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

These Terms and any agreements arising from the use of Durafence's services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal actions or proceedings related to these Terms must be brought in the appropriate courts of Washington.

Durafence reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Durafence regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
